Hansgrohe spare parts for a leaking faucet
If your Hansgrohe faucet keeps dripping, in many cases you will need a new faucet interior. This Hansgrohe part is also called a valve, inner workings or cartouche. In recent years, only ceramic inserts have been put into faucets. The misconception is that ceramic inserts cannot leak. Still, these Hansgrohe parts may need to be replaced.
It happens often enough that the disc of the similar interior work is damaged by a grain of sand. As a result, it may then no longer seal properly. To make the faucet leak-free again, you will need to install a new interior. If the faucet leaks at the spout (neck) of the faucet, one set of rings is usually sufficient. Always lubricate the rings with Vaseline or faucet grease. With a few new Hansgrohe parts, your faucet will work like new again!

Hansgrohe mixer no longer heats up
If your faucet is leaking or no longer heats up, this could have several causes. In almost all cases, the shower thermostat faucet contains a thermostat insert. This ensures that hot water is mixed with cold water so that you get the right temperature and can take a nice shower. This works through two different metals (bimetal) which shrink and expand, thus regulating the flow of cold water.
Even buying new faucet parts is not always necessary. If the thermostat of the faucet is calcified, you can try unscrewing it (shut off the main valve first). After this, you can put the thermostat in cleaning vinegar and let it soak for a while (a few hours). Then rinse the thermo element with water and grease from the rubber rings. After this, you may find that the thermostat is functioning and can be used again.

Difference between Grohe and Hansgrohe
The Hansgrohe brand is often confused with Grohe. Yet they are 2 different brands and therefore also different faucet parts. In order to find the right Hansgrohe parts, it is therefore important to look at the faucet drawing to find the correct part number. We have the most common Hansgrohe spare parts in stock, which allows us to deliver quickly. If you look at the range of faucets, showers and bathtubs, there is little difference from Grohe. Both brands have a very wide range of faucets and showers with great diversity in design.
