This original 133.0263.824 Franke basket plug is suitable for several Franke sinks. The Franke 133.0263.824 basket plug acts as a sieve and prevents food residue from entering the sink. By pushing the plug down, you completely close off the drain of the Franke sink. This allows you to use the sink for dishwashing by hand and thus acts as a stopper.
The Franke 133.0263.824 basket plug is made of chrome-plated brass and therefore will not rust. The basket is round and chrome in color. It comes with a steel pin, sealing rubber and plastic ring. There is a black rubber ring around a steel ring with this basket plug.

The 133.0263.824 sink plug can be cleaned by putting it in the dishwasher to get all the dirt off the basket strainer. For stubborn tea stains, you can use a special stainless steel cleaner such as; non-aggressive detergents, dish soap and all-purpose cleaner are a great alternative. Use an abrasive sponge (not a pan sponge!) for this purpose. With this you can clean the plug well and get rid of grease and caked-on residue. After this, use a microfiber cloth to polish the basket nicely.
